All products sold by SchengenVisaPlan are digital products, delivered to you via email immediately after successful payment.
Because our products are digital, we're generally unable to offer refunds once a file has been delivered or made available for download — much like other digital goods on the market. We encourage you to review the product description carefully before purchasing, and we're always happy to answer any questions before you place your order.
That said, we understand that unexpected situations can happen, so we're glad to offer a refund in the following cases:
We're unable to deliver the product due to a technical issue on our end.
You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
The file you received is defective or inaccessible, and we're unable to provide a working replacement.
Bought the wrong product? No worries — just reach out to us (via email or our WhatsApp hotline) as soon as you can. If you haven't downloaded or accessed the file yet, we'll be happy to help with an exchange or find another suitable solution for you.
Please note: our documents are guides and reference tools designed to help you independently prepare your own Schengen visa application. Thus, the review and decision on any visa application will always rest solely with the relevant Embassy or Consulate.
Need help? Just email us with your order number and the email address you used to make your purchase, and we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours. We're always happy to help however we can.
